Shipping

Prints are shipped from South Korea within 1-5 business days. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. Please note that delivery times and cost differ according to country of destination.

Shipments have a tracking number as provided by the mail carrier. You can check the tracking of your order on the page.

Standard shipping is available for domestic and international delivery. Express shipping is also available by EMS to provide a safe and faster delivery at a higher fee.

Please refer below for expected delivery times. Actual delivery days may be shorter or longer:

  • Domestic: Standard (1-3 days)
  • East Asia: Standard (5-10 days) | EMS (2-3 days)
  • South East Asia: Standard (6-10 days) | EMS (2-3 days)
  • Australia, Pacific Islands: Standard (7-12 days) | EMS (3-4 days)
  • North America: Standard (9-14 days) | EMS (3-4 days)
  • Europe: Standard (7-14 days) | EMS (3-5 days)
  • India: Standard (9-15 days) | EMS (3-4 days)
  • Africa, Latin America: Standard (10-20 days) | EMS (3-5 days)

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays, misplacements, or losses resulting from an incomplete or incorrectly stated address. Once the print has been shipped, corrections made to your personal information or shipping address will not applied.

In the case that the shipment has been delivered as proved by the mail carrier, we cannot cover refunds and/or replacements for missing packages. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or misplacements after delivery.

Duties and Import Taxes

You will be responsible for duties and import taxes that may be charged when the shipment arrives at the destination country. Duties and import taxes are levied by the destination country, following local import regulations. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please be aware that if you refuse to pay duties and import taxes, your order will not be shipped to the stated address.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been confirmed and you have received an order confirmation to your email.

Credit cards and bank transfers: accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Your print must be damaged prior to opening the shipment to be allowed for return and exchange. You can exchange for the same print by sending an email to contact at the bottom of this page.

To complete your request, you will need to show a purchase receipt and proof of defect. We will reply within 1-3 business days. We may ask you to return your item before we can approve the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for sending your item and paying for the shipping costs in the event you return the print..

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your item to reach us may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipment.

Refunds

We only refund prints if they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, you are required to confirm your purchase receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify if your refund request has been approved or not.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Prints must be returned in its original and unused condition for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process. Then you can contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
